Through the website http://www.autofurgo.es, whose identification data appear at the end of these General Conditions, the customer has access to information about products and services provided by different car rental companies or car rental operators (hereinafter, the "Operators"), being able to make reservations and purchases of some of their products.

Unless otherwise indicated, any offer on products and services provided by the Operators offered by http://www.autofurgo.es is made as a mediator in the sale. That is to say, http://www.autofurgo.es only puts the Operator in contact with potential customers. Therefore, http://www.autofurgo.es is an intermediary that merely concludes contracts in the name and on behalf of the customer on the one hand and the Operator on the other hand, without promising services and without providing them, and is not bound to the result.
The making by the customer of reservations or purchases of products or services from those Operators chosen by the customer shall be subject to the specific terms and conditions established by such Operators in each case. Customer agrees to accept and abide by the terms and conditions of purchase established by any Operator with which Customer chooses to contract, including, without limitation, payment of any amounts due and compliance with any rules and restrictions on the availability of fares, products or services. In the event that there are special rules or restrictions affecting certain fares, products or services selected by the customer, such special rules or restrictions will be disclosed to the customer on the screen prior to booking.

The preparation and updating of information on offers, products or services, prices, characteristics and any other relevant data and information about the products and services offered through the Web site is the responsibility of the respective Operators, http://www.autofurgo.es will ensure that such information is supervised, verified and updated.
The various Operators responsible for the information contained on our website reserve the right to modify the information regarding their products and offers.
The offers, terms and conditions of http://www.autofurgo.es and the Operators may be subject to change at any time and without notice. These modifications will not affect the offers, terms and conditions accepted by the customer at the time of contracting. In order for the customer to have access to the comparison of services requested, the customer expressly accepts that http://www.autofurgo.es may carry out on his behalf mere formalities with the Operator in order to enable such comparison between services.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT BETWEEN http://www.autofurgo.es AND THE CUSTOMER.

The customer declares that he/she meets the necessary requirements and has the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered by the Operators on the http://www.autofurgo.es website, in accordance with the conditions below, which he/she declares to understand and accept. http://www.autofurgo.es is not responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data filled in by the user and therefore cannot verify the age and legal capacity necessary to contract the same.
Likewise, some Operators require a minimum age and driving license for the rental of certain vehicles. The customer will be informed of these requirements before finalizing the purchase in the terms and conditions of the Operator for the service, and agrees to hire only those services offered in which it meets the requirements of age and age required by that Operator.
The customer agrees to use the services and content on our website in accordance with the Law, as well as the terms and conditions of the services offered by http://www.autofurgo.es at all times, and must refrain from using them to:
- Introduce into the network data programs susceptible to cause damage to the computer systems of http://www.autofurgo.es, its Operators or third party users of the internal network or of this Web page.
- Carry out illicit activities, contrary to good faith, customs, morals or public order.

RESERVATION PROCESS.

The customer may reserve the rental of a vehicle through the sales channels indicated in these General Conditions. Unless expressly indicated by the client, http://www.autofurgo.es will understand that the client is requesting the most economical service for the dates and times selected. Therefore, the most economical rate will be offered by default and without the possibility of modifications or cancellations.
Throughout or after the booking process on the http://www.autofurgo.es website, it is possible that additional services and products may be offered in addition to the booking. The customer may accept or decline these services and products without prejudice in any way to your initial selection.
Any reservation initiated becomes a purchase at the end of the process described below, with the creation of a Voucher number and its sending to the customer's email inbox.
If the customer purchases directly through the http://www.autofurgo.es website, once a vehicle pick-up location has been chosen and the desired dates have been entered, the customer will proceed to search through the available offers, refining his/her preferences, possibly in several steps, with information such as the type of vehicle he/she is interested in. Once this information has been entered, and before finalizing the purchase, the customer will be able to access the Operator's terms and conditions for the service and proceed with the purchase. If the purchase is made, the customer will be sent a confirmation email (Voucher) with all the necessary information to enjoy the service.
The client will always be designated as the owner driver in the contract, therefore he/she will have to pick up the vehicle personally and in all cases.
In case of making the reservation through the Customer Service of http://www.autofurgo.es, the agents will guide and advise the customer on the available offer that best suits their needs. They will also inform you verbally of the characteristics of the service you are hiring, which will be specified in the purchase confirmation e-mail sent to the customer.
http://www.autofurgo.es is not responsible for the damages that could be derived from all those technical incidences that affect the Internet network, the access or the same electronic device from which the reservation is made and that could affect in some way to the realization of the same one (being understood as technical incidences, for information and not limiting: interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer virus, breakdowns and/or disconnections in the operative operation of this electronic system or in the devices and computer equipments of the users, etc.).
In the case of incidents in the contracting attributable to http://www.autofurgo.es, the latter will inform the contracting party of such situation, as soon as it becomes aware of it, and will provide, as far as possible, the provision of the contracted services, or failing that, if it is not possible in any way the provision of the contracted services, will proceed to refund the amounts paid to http://www.autofurgo.es by the customer.
The client, for his part, is responsible for checking his reservation once the booking has been formalized in order to inform http://www.autofurgo.es of any possible incidents that may have occurred during the contracting process in order to resolve them without prejudice to the parties.

The customer confirms that the data provided, either directly through our website or by calling Customer Service, are true. In the event that any of the data is false, or that the contracting party has provided incomplete information regarding his identity, as well as information regarding the requirements demanded by http://www.autofurgo.es and the Operators for the execution of the contract, and refuses to correct such deficiency, this circumstance may affect the correct provision of the contracted services, without this implying any liability for http://www.autofurgo.es.

DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS AND POINTS OF SALE:

The contracting of reservations for the rental of a vehicle may be made through:

2. The telephone sales line 622 884 123.
3. The networks of authorized travel agencies.
4. Through third party operators (retail agencies, tour operators, on-line agencies or other companies adhered to the commercial network by specific commercial contract) that have commercial agreements with http://www.autofurgo.es.

COLLECTION POLICY.

Given the telematic nature of the contracting, http://www.autofurgo.es does not accept in any case cash for payment. Credit and debit cards are accepted for the main contracting of the vehicle, as well as any supplementary charges that may be contracted at the time of collection of the vehicle. All details of coverage, including exclusions, will be provided by the Operator.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED TO PICK UP A VEHICLE:

All customers without exception must present themselves with this documentation at the Operator's base for vehicle pick-up:

ORIGINAL DNI/NIF, NIE or PASSPORT of the contract holder and of the driver(s), as well as of the card holder. In the case of non-EU foreigners, they must in any case present the passport stamped by a Member State.
2. DRIVER'S LICENSE IN VALID COMPLIANCE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF THE COUNTRY, IN THIS CASE SPAIN, ORIGINAL OF ALL DRIVERS. Only the following shall be considered valid driving licenses in Spain:

- Licenses issued in countries of the European Union and the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway).
- Nationals of other countries which are issued in accordance with Annex 9 of the Geneva Convention, or Annex 6 of the Vienna Convention, or which differ from these models only in the adoption or suppression of non-essential headings.
- The nationals of other countries that are written in Spanish or are accompanied by an official translation of the same one.
- The international ones issued abroad in accordance with Annex 10 of the Geneva Convention, or in accordance with the model of Annex E of the International Convention of Paris, in the case of nations adhered to this Convention that have not subscribed or adhered to the Geneva Convention.
- Those recognized in particular international conventions to which Spain is a party and under the conditions indicated therein.
- The permits issued in countries of the European Union and the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the validity of such permits shall be conditioned to their being in force and to their holder being of the age required in accordance with Spanish regulations to obtain the equivalent Spanish permit, and, furthermore, to the maximum period of six months not having elapsed, counted from the date of their holders entering any state of the European Union.

3. Rental contract, Voucher of the selling agency or, failing that, reference (locator/contract number) to locate it.

4. ORIGINAL credit or debit card for supplementary charges and the deposit of the security deposit. However, some Operators do not accept debit cards for the deposit of the security deposit, of which the client will be informed in the Terms and Conditions available before making the reservation. In these cases the client must have an ORIGINAL credit card in his/her name.
In the event that the Operator does not deliver the vehicle to the client, due to lack of the required documentation, or due to the client not having the required documentation, http://www.autofurgo.es declines all responsibility for such events.

The Operator reserves the right to request additional information to the above, in order to confirm the identity, veracity and accuracy of the data of the contracting party and the driver(s), if deemed necessary or appropriate, in order to reduce the risk of breach of contract or even theft of the vehicle by the customer, to comply with the Organic Law 1/1992, of February 21, 1992, for the protection of public safety, as well as to meet the requirements received by any public body in the development of its powers, and to comply with what is mandatory in accordance with current legislation. In the event that the customer does not provide accurate and truthful data, or does not cooperate in good faith to provide or confirm them, the Operator reserves the right not to proceed with the delivery of the vehicle.

In contracting with other means than those mentioned above, the customer must bring the documentation that is relevant in each case.

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS OF THE RESERVATION BY THE CLIENT.

The modifications of a reservation made through http://www.autofurgo.es will not have any cost.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pick up date of the vehicle, may incur management costs. These costs will vary depending on each reservation.

COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS.

After the end of the service, if the client wants to make any suggestion or complaint, he/she can contact http://www.autofurgo.es:

CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT OF DATA.

http://www.autofurgo.es through its Web "http://www.autofurgo.es" asks the customer for certain personal data, on the occasion of the subscription or registration in some of its services. The data provided by the customer will be incorporated into an automated personal data file, owned by http://www.autofurgo.es, which will be processed in order to provide the services requested by the customer. The client authorizes http://www.autofurgo.es to include the personal data provided by the client in the respective files, as well as for its use and automated treatment or not, for the management and registration of the operations subscribed between the parties.

The client, owner driver and additional drivers authorize http://www.autofurgo.es to include their personal data in our database, as well as for its use and automated treatment or not, for the management and registration of the operations subscribed between the parties. Likewise, they also authorize, outside the contractual relationship, the processing of their personal data for sending commercial offers and advertising by any means (mail, telephone, fax, mailing or any other telematic means), own or third parties, by http://www.autofurgo.es. The customer and additional drivers authorize http://www.autofurgo.es to transfer their data to companies directly or indirectly linked to http://www.autofurgo.es and to send them advertising and commercial offers, own or third parties.
The personal information collected from registered customers is stored in a database owned by http://www.autofurgo.es, which contains the technical, organizational and security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, and the Regulation of development of Law 15/1999 (Royal Decree 1720/2007), and other applicable regulations.
The customer guarantees that the personal data provided to http://www.autofurgo.es are truthful. http://www.autofurgo.es provides customers with the appropriate technical resources so that, in advance, they can access these General Conditions or any other relevant information and can give their consent so that http://www.autofurgo.es proceeds to the automated processing of their personal data, in accordance with the provisions of this document.
Additionally, http://www.autofurgo.es informs you that, in the event of non-compliance with the payment provided for in this document, the data relating to non-payment may be communicated and included in files relating to compliance / non-compliance with monetary obligations, in the terms and compliance with the requirements of Article 38 of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21.
